I seem to have at least two data bases for Outlook outocomplete email
addresses and somehow my computer shifted from one to other; can anyone
explain how this happened and how I can get back to the one I was using?

Not possible. Provide the evidence that makes you imagine it is. You posted
no information.

I sent you an email because I culd not figure out how to use this, but then I
did. Basically, my brother helped me move some Contacts and clarify some
things about a week ago when we were together. When I got home I noticed that
when using the autocomplete a lot of the names which were there were no
longer there. Others were there which I did not think were there. I do not
use the adress book. This same thing happened one, maybe twice before,
without my brother or changing contacts. It is exasperating. I hope this
tells you what you need.

I have a second problem which may be related. I deleted some names because
the messages had come back as undeliverable from a listserve i maintain in
Contacts, and the names are not there, but when I sent out an email to the
list those names apparently were there because I got no deliveries to those
names.

I do have two Personal Folders because I filled up one before, but I am not
using the first ne at all and there is nothing in the Contacts for that one.

Thanks, Philip

You posted no additional information. You seem not to recognize that your
autocompletion cache has nothing to do with your Contacts. That cache is
unique to each installation.
