reset Office settings and lost my existing email

Hi all...
I reset to the defaults my Small Business office 2003 settings, and now I
have lost all existing emails. There does not seem to be a mechanism for
importing Outlook's own email.
How do I get my emails back?

1 more question: on the page you sent me to, it says "but following files
are important too". Does that mean I have to manually move them to another
folder or are they all done automatically by the import?

Hi Johnny,
if you import the pst file, you only import the email and contacts, but the
user define things are not included.
The best way is, import your pst file and look how outlook works.
If OL is not as you want, move the files into the right directions
