Reset IAS to default configuration?

I have been experimenting with IAS to support certificate based wifi
authentication.

Anyway it now appears that my IAS is toast. It only lists the ras
clients folder, none of the others that you would expect, such as RAS
policies.

I have tried removing IAS via control panel, I have also tried manually
deleting all the IAS files I can find in the windows directory.

Unfortunately most of these steps would appear to have left me in my
current position.

So can any one provide information on returning IAS to its default
configuration.

Thanks

Gordo

Hi,
You can try replacing the ias.mdb file from a working machine to
%windir%\system32\ias folder.
Also, you can try taking a dump of the IAS configuration from a working
machine using 'netsh aaaa dump >iasdump.txt' and apply that configuration to
your machine using 'netsh exec iasdump.txt'

Hi Janani,

Thanks for the suggestion, but i have already tried both of those options, I
even tried exporting the registry keys from a working machine that looked
they were associated with IAS but still no luck.

any more ideas?

Thanks

Gordo
