I am having serious trouble with my computer. I have XP installed and everything has been working fine. I have system restored several times and things keep getting worse and worse. Im having trouble downloading things and other programs. AOL instant messenger dissapears when I sign on and I am having all kinds of trouble. I am wondering if there is anyway to totally reset the computer and have in a state as it was when I first bought and when I turned it on for the first time. IS THERE ANYWAY TO RETURN MY COMPUTER TO THE SATE IT WAS IN WHEN I TURNED IT ON FOR THE FRIST TIME WITHOUT SYSTEM RESTORE?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?! PLEASEEEEE HELPPPPP

===>I NEED HELP---I want my computer back!!

1) Lose the caps, it's considered yelling, is incredibly rude and makes
your posts very hard to read.

2) Use the restore/recovery/rescue disc that was supplied with your
computer. If you no longer have it, contact the vendor. Microsoft does not,
cannot and will not assist with OEM-supplied software or hardware. The
vendor is your first - and only - port of call for all support, including
replacement keys and media.
