Where did you find a "reseal" option at?

Unless you were using it for everyday use, there is a default Administrator
account. If using XP Home, boot to Safe Mode to log on to it. If using XP
Pro, press Ctrl+Alt+Del twice at the welcome screen. This will bring up the
classic log on dialog. Type in Administrator. If Windows was preinstalled,
chances are good the password (Home or Pro) is blank.

Once logged on with the "spare" Administrator account, you can try to
repair the old account or regain access to its files/folders by taking
ownership.

Hi Sharon
It was on my desktop and appeared every time I logged on.Thanks for your help.

Carol, I've never seen "reseal" as an option within Windows and do not know
what is causing it to appear on your system. Restart, is a normal option in
the shutdown dialogs. A prompt to restart sometimes appears after
installing software. "Reseal" may be completely unrelated to your problem
but since the term is unusual in Windows, finding out what generates might
be helpful in some way.

Did you have any luck logging on with the builtin administrator account?
