Hello. An admin is a delegate for one of our managers' Outlook Calendar
2007. Whenever she reschedules a meeting for the manager it later reappears
on the original date. It seems to only appear on the manager's Calendar and
not on her's. I've tried the suggestion from Microsoft KB Article# 912215 to
uncheck "Delegate receives copies of meeting-related messages...", but the
admin stopped receiving all meeting-related messages for the manager.
Please, any other suggestions? Thanks.

Additonal information. These meetings are reoccurring. The admin will
reschedule a particular occurrence. Later, the meeting reappears on the
originally scheduled date for that particular occurence. Thanks.

This sounds very much like a synch problem in which Cache Mode
may be getting in the way. Have you tried:

- Removing Cache Mode for both clients?
- Deleting the OST file and letting Outlook recreate it?
(In case of a corrupted OST file)

Deleted and recreated OST on both Manager's and Admin's laptop. Rescheduled
meetings still re-appears on original date. Please, anymore suggestions.
Thanks.

Are either of these folks set up for Roaming type profiles?
I would look for another connection still open on a different
machine perhaps. Also look for other Delegates of the Delegates.
There is something not clearing and it is clearly a synch problem.

Hello Nikki,

Theses users do not have Roaming profiles. The manager also has a Smart
phone that he sync's with Outlook. Could this be a cause? Thanks.

Hello

I have not found a solution so far, but I wanted to let you know that we've
got a similar problem here. At first I thought there was a compatibility
problem between Lotus Notes and Exchange, but now the problem also appears
between Exchange-only users. Very annoying problem, hope to see a solution
soon. Greetings
