Hi, we are running Windows 2000 and have both local and network
printers. The problem is some users will take their laptops home and
print to their local printers, then when they return to the office,
they forget to change their default printer back to one of our network
printers and end up printing files to their offline home printer.
When they realize they have their printer set to the wrong printer,
they change it back, but they have had to delete all the queued print
jobs and reprint everything.
My question is, is there a way to take those queued offline print jobs
and print them to another printer? Or is the only solution to delete
the queued print jobs on the offline printer and reprint everything to
an available printer?
Any thoughts??
