Step (1)
Set macro security back to Low.

Step (2)
Spend 6 months learning about "self signing", so you can set macro security
back to High. All that this will need from you, is the IQ of Albert
Einstein, a master's degree in Astrophysics, and the ability to recite the
value of Pi to 350 decimal places.

Step (3)
Give up, & leave it at Low.

Seriously, this whole thing is a p*** in the a***. Msoft are clearly trying
to improve security. But they have done it in such a cack-handed way, that
the vast majority of ordinary users will simply give up, and set security
back to Low, to give themselves some peace & quiet.

I kept getting an error message about potential viruses
associated with my macros and that I should set the macro
sec settings to high. I did and now I can't open the
file because a dialog box says it has restricted access
due to my security settings and because its not digitally
signed.
What do I do know when I can't even get the file to open?

Help! Thanks.
