233MHz processor
64MB RAM

But as usual, the minimums are well under what is needed for
acceptable performance.

I assume, you mean Home Edition:

Memory: 256MB, (128MB works in snail pace).
Processor: 800 MHz.
Graphic Card: AGP 4x, DDR SDRAM, 64MB,
Graphik chip : e.g. NVidia GeForce4 MX 440.
Hard disk: Sole OS needs about 4GB, I think 40GB would be
o.k. for somewhat reasonably working.
