I am creating a form that is user friendly in Word 2002.
I did this once, but can not remember how.

I need to know how to create a drop-down field and or
acell that requires some type of input in order to move
to the section.

Can someone please advise?

Thanks!

Hi Jobina,

I'm afraid your requirements aren't very clear, but
generally you can use form fields or perhaps controls from
the Controls Toolbox in combination with a macro to do
things in a protected document.

Cindy,

I am creating a form in Word. I will protect the form so
that users may complete the information without having to
handwrite in their information.

If they are going to complete the form in Word, I would
like to have certain options listed as a required field.
Meaning that they must enter information in the required
field before they are able to go to the next section to
input data.

Hopes this makes since.
Thanks!
Jobina
