Recently a disgruntled employee destroyed some files upon
exiting. I want to have all the users to have the system
administrator functions, but require passwords for the
user accounts I have set up. And I will require that they
log off when leaving one of the two PCs we have. But
after I set up the accounts and select each as a
administrator, not limited,
the functionality appears to be limited. All the
shortcuts are no longer on the desktop.

How can I assign all the rights to the five users I have.

Let me make sure I understand you.. You want them to have to logon using
passwords(good) but you want them to remain administrators(bad)?

If they are administartors, they have full reign on that machine and any
other machine where they have local admin rights (even via the network) -
meaning you have accomplished NOTHING by making them logon with
usernames/passwords other than annoying them (short-term) more. A
disgruntled administrator could leave scripts on every computer to run at
next startup/logon to erase whatever they want (almost) and literally do
whatever they want.

If you want security, you will HAVE to make the users... "Users". One
admin, only you know the password. Each user has their unique
username/password and if you have a server - that is where their Home
Drive/My Documents should be pointed and backed up nightly - where only they
and the one admin user have rights to their files/folders.
