Hi But I cannot send out email as the error message read this:

Account: 'pop3.gmail.com ', Server: 'smtp.gmail.com', Protocol: SMTP, Port:
465, Secure(SSL): No, Error Number: 0x800CCC19

Pls help. Many thanks.

See your account name? there is a space after the .com. Go in the account
settings and backspace it out of there.

That server requires the SSL option to be enabled.
Go to Tools, Accounts, select that account, Properties, Advanced,
then check the box for the SSL option, both for receiving and sending.

The account name does not matter. It can be changed to anything.
However, by default it takes on the name of the incoming server,
so if the OP is also having a receive problem he needs to correct the
incoming server name.
