Require a Response

I need to send a message to employees in which they have
items they need to choose. Are there buttons I can
include in my message, and how do I require a response?
 
Yes, with the new message opened, go to the view menu, then option

It will be new window with the title "Message options
There you can mark the check button "Use voting buttons" and select any of the preestablished values at the right hand pick-up list or you can hand-type the values you want, separating each value with a semicolo

Once you close that window, you will not see anything changed in the email, but once you send it, the people will see the buttons and click/select their preferenc

As a reply, you will receive an email with the original subject plus the value of the button the user selecte

When you are in the message, go to Options and select
Voting Buttons. You can set as many voting options as you
want; just separate them by semi-colons. CLOSE when you
have finished entering your options.

To tabulate your results - go to your SENT items folder
and open up the original e-mail. There will now be an
additional tab at the top entitled TRACKING. Click on that
tab and you can see how everyone voted! Just remember to
leave your sent message in your Sent Items folder until
you are done. If you move it to another folder, the
results will not tabulate.
