request tool to automate response to registry modifications

I am in need to automate the "yes"/"no" dialog box when
using an exported registry key in the \all
users\startup\programs\startup folder. I manage computers
on a production facility and need to make registry updates
on each machine whenever anyone logs onto their computers.
However, the user either ignores the registry modification
dialog box or selects "no". Therefore, I am looking for a
VBS script of tool to simply add the registry changes
without action from the users when they log onto the
computer.
