2 XP PCs in workgroup setup for RA.
Both RA and RD activated on both PCs.
Expert is administrator on both PCs.
When expert requests to assist novice, Access Denied.
Something in security is at fault here, but what?

Can anyone shed some light on this?

Thanks.

If your in a workgroup environment you can *NOT* use the "Offer" functionality of Remote Assistance,
which I think your trying to do?

If your in a domain or a trusting domain environment you can use the "Offer Remote Assistance"
feature. Go to "Start -> Help and Support" and search on "offer remote assistance" for more
information and/or look at these KB articles for help with that...

For a workgroup/SOHO environment, look at this 'poor mans' alternative to the domain environment
offer functionality...
