Hello, Our CFO has a Dell laptop running windows XP. In
Outlook 2002; when he tries to schedule a meeting the
recipient recieves a garbled message. I looked on
Knowlegesoft and found an article which had me change the
addressee's properties to Print Plain Text. The recipients
now can read the meeting request but it does not schedule
itself into the calender. I called Dell and they had me
change the addressee to Rich Text, all recipients again
recieve a garbled message. I accidently scheduled a
meeting in the past and that worked :) Does anyone have
any ideas on how this can be fixed.
Thank you very much,
joanne

What do you mean by a garbled message? What version of Outlook is the recipient running?
