request for remote assisnce

instead of a customer sending an invitation, is there a
shortcut that I can send my customers (by email) that
will just start the remote desktop feature with minimal
user input?
 
If your in a domain or a trusted domain environment you can use the "Offer" feature...

Go to "Start -> Help and Support" and search on "offer remote assistance" for more information
and/or look at these KB articles for help with that...

For a workgroup/SOHO (ie. non-domain) environment, look at this 'poor mans' alternative to the
domain environment "offer" functionality...
