request for help date / time stamp broken

Can anyone please help with this problem?

whenever I click the "Add Time Stamp" button when using bcm, I get generic
error message "Business Contact Manager for Outlook could not complete your
last action or actions. Please try again."
 
I have the same problem. One day it works and the next day it is broken
again. I receive the same error message and it is very annoying. Could this
have to do with one of the latest updates or something? Because earlier i
didn't really have trouble with the time stamp and i am using it a while
already.

I hope someone can help.
