Request assistance

I have searched all over to find out how to remove
programs listed on all programs(ie hitting start button )
I have programs listed there that I have removed. I have
tried right click but the system will not let me delete
it. Any solutions??????

Programs listed on the start menu were installed and
registered in the (tata) registry. If the program files
were deleted manually but not with the "uninstaller" the
registry entries would still remain. (This may not be a
perfect answer). You may need to reinstall the program and
then use the uninstaller to remove the program.

Have you tried going into contol panel and then add/remove
programs?
