Requery a combo box

I have a combo box that when an item is not in list, a
form pops up (thanks to eric for the earlier
information). Now, I can't seem to get the combo box to
display the new record that was added. I know I need to
requery, but I'm not sure where to put it and the correct
systax. I've had frustrations with this in the past.
