REQ: Screen scraper for XP

Are there any free screen scrapers for XP.

This one from PC Mag is a bit old but I beleive it works on XP. If
only I can find it!

That's nice. However it works only on popup messages.

I would like something which cna scrape text from all sorts of
windows where the cursor can't even highlight the text.
