Why not try a new browser, like Mozilla or Firefox? Well, even if that's
too much, a good site to test your solution is
http://www.auditmypc.com/freescan/popup/popup-test.asp , as it also
considers the nature of the pop-up (unwanted vs. wanted).

Use Mozilla Firefox instead of IE as your browser. It has a built in
popup destroyer. ;-)

Avant works really good if you prefer the IE engine over Moz.

Thanks For All The great Input and suggestions.
I have Web Washer Installed now and so for it seems to be doing just what I
want, It's a wait and see. I did Try KillAd But It blocked the SBC Speed
Test (Java).
