All the links I've found so far via Google say v3.01, but actually
link to shareware v3.2
download.
Any other recommendations for a "Just Tabs"-like freeware?

Different versions are available at

But it seems it has always been shareware.

No he's serious, I was wondering myself, so I googled a while in ACF , found
this: http://tinyurl.com/2mprr , IMHO political statements don't belong
here, but in alt.politics or alt.politics.bush or something like that.

The ru-site is the only reference I have, didn't see it anywhere else, so
that's why it seemed shareware to me. I should hace checked the links before
mentioning them, I apologize for that. Hope you find it or someone else
finds it for you.

policy from his lying-ass president that makes the US the laughing stock

I did a search on their site using "The Wayback Machine Site" and it has
always been a shareware product.
