Has anyone been able to find or download the ZIP version of irfanview
3.95?

Every link I have checked just offers the EXE installer. The only
place I know to list the zip version is a single link at the bottom of
the Irfanview downloads page - but that has not been working for the
last few days.

The link for the .zip version worked for me today, albeit slowly.
