Req: Help! Editing MP3 Extended Attributes

I'm interested in creating a database that retrieves MP3 Extended
attributes also allows me to edit and save them back to their resptive
files, Does anyone know of an ocx control or even some sample code?
Have a class that does everthing I want but seems impossible to convert to
Dot net from VB6. I've attached this class module

I have used UltraID3Lib (free) successfully.
