Here are a few that may meet your critera .

ISAPI_Rewrite Lite

This is simplified edition of ISAPI_Rewrite. It does not support
per-virtual-site configurations, proxiing, metabase monitoring and
automatic cache cleanup but all other features are supported.
ISAPI_Rewrite Lite is completely FREE! It may be an ideal solution
for the server hosting the only site, development or testing
purposes.

Alchemy IIS Status

It can also be called via CGI to produce an HTML table containing a
list of currently active requests, along with information about
where the requests came from and which virtual server they are
related to. We have found this debugging and monitoring tool to be
particularly useful when debugging problems associated with ASP
pages and server crashes as it allows us to see into the internals
of IIS in real-time. Real-time monitoring of IIS is almost
impossible using the standard log files.
IISStatus is a Freeware product at this time.

ISAPI_Rewrite Lite is no good as it's too restricted, but IIS Status looks promising ;o) (wish they'd work on their site navigation and app spec's info though (took over 10 minutes to find the actual download link, lol))

This one's not freeware :o( (requires registration (voluntary fine, but mandatory?.... no thanks))
