Req: Cleaner for Firefox

There was a recent thread about CCleaner, it cleans Firefox cache, history, etc.
But it installs.

Is there another program that cleans FF and Thunderbird and comes as a no-setup
utility?

There's a FF extension which does the same thing - it's called "x" (or
"paranoia"). Would that do?

That takes about 3-4 keystrokes. I'm used to a cleaner with presets, so selecting
"clean" does about 4 functions at once.

Didn't find it at a Mozilla extension site, do you have a reference to it?

BTW, in both FF and TB, as I open websites in FF from a link in TB, I keep getting
multiple instances of both FF and TB. How to limit that?
