REQ: Can someone suggest a good/cheap MOBO-CPU combo?

I would consider something like an ATHLON XP 2400 @ 266mhZ. I need
both the MOBO and CPU (+ fan). I would like maybe more than three PCI
slots, plus one ISA. Want ATX form factor with on board audio and
video and a couple of USB ports.

Money is a factor.

It'll be nearly impossible to find one with an ISA slot these days. They are
obsolete....
 
Asking for an ISA slot will limit your choices severely.
Mobos are available with ISA slots, here are a few;
The Soyo 'P4I 845PE ISA' motherboard, based on the i845PE
chipset supports 400 and 533MHZ FSB Pentium 4 processors.
3 ISA slots, 4 PCI slots, 1 AGP slot
Onboard video, sound, Ethernet and USB 2.0.

Further, there seem to be several versions of the
Gigabyte GA-7ZX that have one ISA slot. The
-7ZXC is one of them. Unknow if this is current production.

If this is for that Gateway system, you can't just throw an Athlon
XP2400 into it, as it has inadequate cooling and power supply... very
inadequate.
