Reprocess inbox for junkmail

Is there a way to reprocess the items in my inbox to scan for junk
mail. I have about 1200 read messages in my inbox and 50% are junk
items. Can i get Outlook/Exchange to check these emails again?

Not as far as I know. The junk mail filter is not exposed in the UI. Have
you tried redirecting them to yourself?
