Repost:
"Thanks to you experts, I have managed to tell my Access
report not to print blank fields, shrinking down my
report
from 104 pages to 89. But, it prints a blank page at the
end of each record. (Just header and footer appear, no
details).

Is there any way to stop that? I have checked all my
fields and all are allowed to shrink. The margins all
seem
to be within the paper size, too.

Thanks in advance,
Lori"

My addition:
I also have a report that is doing this. However, it is
NOT showing the header/footer on the last page (this is
only a one-page report), it just comes up totally blank.
Margins are checked and are fine. Any other thoughts?

Thanks,
Melissa

I think I would check the force new page setting for the
group header and group footer, you may have set new page
before and new page after.
Hope this helps

I'm having exactly the same problem (blank page after each
record) and it happens even if I have force new page set
to none. Any suggestions will be gratefully received.
Cheers

What is the size of the report? Remember, the report must be within the
print area of the printer, not just the paper size. Most laser printers
have margins of approximately 0.25 on the top left and right and 0.5 on the
bottom. This means your report cannot be more than 8 inches wide and 10.25
long. Ink jets have larger margins. This will vary alittle depending on
your printer. Try making your report smaller (7x9) and see if the blank
page still shows.
