Does anyone know of a source for ready made formats to
convert an Excel database into a report? I have a huge
database of customer information with fields such as
company name, contact name, address fields, phone, etc.,
as well as numerous other fields, and I would like to
create a report that will present this basic info in
something similar to an address label format. Thanks in
advance for any help I might receive.
 
If you have your data on Sheet1 for example, you can carry
out a lot of required calculations on Sheet2 if needed (a
sort of "work" sheet if you will). Then on Sheet3 you
place your company logo, date, headers etc. and link the
required information from other Sheets, taking into
account the page breaks view. Printing that page only is
your report.
It is your own (sometimes unique is the best)and you can
enhance that "report page" very quickly over time.
