Rick,
Different Printers have different minimum margin requirements.
You can check what they are. Click,
File + Page SetUp + Margins
Set all the margins to 0".
Click OK. Then go back and see the new settings.
If they changed, then those are that printer's minimum settings.
You'll have to live with it (or change the printer to one
with smaller minimum settings).
Also, are you using Access 2000.
If so, are you sure it's the different printers creating the problem
and not the known bug in Access 2000 that changes report settings
to default settings.
If the all the margins are not as you originally set them
but are re-set to 1" all the way around, it's probably the bug.
Change all the margins to whatever you need to run the label report.
To see if it is the bug, run the report several times
(use plain paper) and see if these margins stick.
Unfortunately the changes can be erratic.
The report may print fine for several hours or days, and then change.
If it does lose it's settings, re-check them.
If they changed to 1" around, then it is the Access 2000 bug.
As a temporary 'fix' turn off Name AutoCorrect.
Tools + AutoCorrect
It should work better.
Then, download and install the Access 2000 service pack 1/1a.
