I have developed, tested and used a MS Access 2003 database. Now I would
like to display some of the reports as part of a PowerPoint presentation.
My question is how do I get the report results from Access to the PowerPoint
slides while maintaining the report format? Thanks for your ideas.

The only way I know to do it is to output the report to an snp (snapshot)
file and import the snapshot file into Powerpoint.

Thanks, Dave. I'll give it a try.

Dave,

I converted the report to a .snp file but the only way I know of to get the
report to display in powerpoint is to use a hyperlink on the slide. My goal
is to have the report display in a slide that would advance automatically
after 10 or so seconds. Is there any other way to get the .snp file (or
report for that matter) to display on a slide that you are aware of?

Thanks once again,
John
