Reports..remove buttons..

Hi,

How can I remove all the buttons that we have on the top right corner of the
REPORT which are: minimize/normalize/close buttons. Because for the reports
we don't have these options in the property window that we can change it to
'No'.

I would appreciate your help. Thanks

How would the user close a report once open if you did this?
 
user can click 'close' button which is there on the tool bar. I want to
remove cross button, -button and normalize button which is there on the right
upper corner. I don't want to give access to the user to minimize or change
size of the report window. We can do this in the form by changing the
propertyat the form level. But we don't have anything for the report..
