Tony,

Open the offending report(s) in design view and go to page
setup. On the "Page" tab select "default printer" and the
reports should then go to the PC's default printer.

I have just developed an Access Database and rolled it
out onto several network PCs, about 60. Three of them have
the same problem when printing, the report comes out on
the printer connected to the PC I developed the database
on, not the PC connected to the User. All three cases have
different three network printers connected, only one
printer is mapped to these PCs, therefore has to be the
default printer. There is no problem when using Word or
Excel. Other Users in the same area, connected to the same
printer, have no problems.

Thank you for this, didn't know this feature existed, as it happened default was selected, so I chose Use Specific Printer and selected the only printer in the list, it is working fine now
A lot easier than the only other solution that worked……………………rebuild the PC and by the looks of things, that was only luck that it worked
Can’t thank you enough

Ton
