Reports print differently on different printers

I received the following e-mail from my client regarding a database I
created in Access XP:

"Reports are not showing up correctly on some or all of our computers and I
was wanting to see if you knew what we could do to get them to display
right. They are basically printing blank pages (with lines at the very
beginning) between pages with info them (it shows the blank pages in print
preview). I thought maybe this had something to do with the page setup but
when we tried to change the setup it didn't work."

After talking to her, I found out the reports print correctly for her but
not for the other two that have access to the database. She said they are
all using different printers. Of course, they all print correctly for me.

On one report, she wanted to use checkboxes but they don't print on her
printer.

Could it be the printer drivers? Or an Access problem?

I have no idea where to begin. Any suggestions would be greatly
appreciated. I want to have an idea of what to check before I drive an hour
to check it out.

Thanks in advance,
Debbie

My initial thought would be that it's print driver-related, probably due to
limitations as to how closed to the edge each printer allows you to print
(at least for the blank pages problem)

I'd still bet on it being the printer in the case of the checkbox too, but
can't offer you a suggestion for what to check there.
