Can any help? Thanks!

Using a report, I have two address fields set up. Most of the time I only
use one address line. How do I leave out the empty data field (address line
#2) so that the space is ommited and the labels are compressed?

In Format properties for the address line #2 field, select
No for the Can Shrink property.

For labels there should be no complications. For other
reports, the Can Shrink doesn't work if there's another
field in the same "line" or sharing the same horizontal
space.

In the Report you're using to print the labels, set the Can Grow and
Can Shrink properties of the textbox for this field to True.
