Reports don't open or preview on (1) computer

I have two databases on a server shared between 10 users.
On one computer, I cannot open any reports in one
database...the other database is fine. If I double-click
on a report, nothing happens (no error, just nothing as if
I never double-clicked). If I right-click a report and
click Print Preview, nothing happens. If I right-click
and click Design View, nothing happens. On all other
computers, everything works fine. And in the second
database, residing in the same folder on the server, the
reports all work fine. Also, since most of my reports are
running through VBA code, DoCmd.OpenReport returns "Run-
time error '2501' The OpenReport action was canceled."

Some general info:
1) My computer is Windows 2000 Pro running Office 2003.
2) I have no problems with opening tables, forms, queries
in this database.

Any help would be most appreciated.

I am having the exact same problem. I do not we are along with this issue
and I need it addressed ASAP!

Duane,

I have installed and use for all my printing needs FinePrint
(www.fineprint.com) as the default printer. This, access 2k3 does not like.
As per your comment I decided to set my HP printer as default and that fixed
the problem. I assume that I will need to contact the folks at FinePrint to
resulve this issue.

Thanks for your prompt and curtious reply - Johan

I expect you should attempt to contact fineprint. Glad to hear you have
created a work-around.
