Reports - Client History

I am new to using Business Contact Manager and one of the things that
attracted me to this product was the history tracking and reporting!

When I installed this I tried the reporting and it worked as expected.

Now however when I ask for a report on a specific contact with a history of
e-mails etc all I get is a report down to Comments:.... then it's blank.

This is what I have done....

Business Tools....
Reports.....
Business contacts...
Business Contacts History....

I am then asked to select the contact....

Then all I get is name / address phone number...

Any suggestions?
 
On mine it does. If you are just looking at it online, have you stepped
through the pages? If you still don't see anything, have you adjusted the
options under "Modify Report"?

Have you tried adjusting the date? I did the same thing that you did but
until I adjusted the date not a lot came up.
 
Go to reports and select an account or a business contact, once the report is
on your screen click on modify report in the upper right hand corner and
change the dates for the report, click ok and you should see everything
associated with the account once the date has been changed. Make sure the
account you choose has some activitity
