reports can't keep format

I have a report, written in Access 2000, but running on windows 98 machine
that there is one report that I use to print labels, it would lose its
formatting info. once in a while. Can anyone help?
 
check the Name AutoCorrect option in your database (Tools|Options|General
tab). if it's checkmarked, remove the checmark. then close and compact the
database.
