Hi-

I need to know if anyone can tell me how to create a
report in Access 2000 using the fields and data from the
form, instead of the table.

Thank you!

Well, the form data most likely comes from a query linked to your table.
You would simply base your report off the same query.

If you are trying to get a printed report that looks like your form, open
your form, and do File, then Save As, then save it as a report. You should
get a report that looks very similar to your form. I'm not sure if that is
what you are asking for.

Hi-

Thank you so much for the reply! What if I was go into
the design view of the form and pull the fields that I
specifically want, can I pull fields from the form?

Thank you!

Well, again, the fields on the form should be the same fields in your query
and in your table. Not sure what you are asking. Be more specific.

If you have an unbound field on your form, then you can pull it to the
report, but the form must be open at the time. I will give you more details
if that is what you are asking for.
