Hello,
I was wondering if anyone knew how to report on a public folder shared calendar? Users change appointment entries and i need to know what has changed, who changed it and when. thanks

Hi Bulletniebar,
My first question is: Do you have Microsoft Exchange Server or not?
Please read it:
"For many offices, the most frustrating experience related to Microsoft Outlook is finding out that, unless you are using Microsoft Exchange Server, there is no simple, built-in, reliable method for sharing contacts and calendars. That's right, there's no "magic wand" you can wave to enable people to easily share Outlook data without Exchange."
If you don't have Exchange Server, read this:
"The easy, effective, and affordable Outlook shared calendar software alternative to Exchange Server!
Do you have Microsoft Outlook and need to share calendars with your colleagues, but don't want to spend a fortune on software, hardware, and experts required for Exchange Server? Then OfficeCalendar is the solution you've been searching for. OfficeCalendar is a simple software application that lets you share Outlook calendar and contacts with your colleagues; create group calendar views for group scheduling; and more. OfficeCalendar is easy to install and use, and is very affordable. Best of all, if you already know how to use Microsoft Outlook there's nothing new to learn.

OfficeCalendar offers numerous features and benefits to Microsoft Outlook users. Here are just a few:

Easily share Microsoft Outlook calendar, contact, and task information with your co-workers
Creates a Microsoft Outlook group calendar view to facilitate group scheduling
Hide your private appointments and contacts with OfficeCalendar's shared calendar privacy
Use OfficeCalendar offline and/or synchronize over the Internet
Synchronize PDA's with your personal calendar, contacts, and task
Comprehensive security lets you control who shares whose Outlook calendar, contact, and task information"

Hi bulletniebar,
Hope this can help you out.

This feature requires you to use a Microsoft Exchange Server e-mail account.

In Calendar, in the Navigation Pane (Navigation Pane: The column on the left side of the Outlook window that includes panes such as Shortcuts or Mail and the shortcuts or folders within each pane. Click a folder to show the items in the folder.), click Share My Calendar.
I don't see Share My Calendar

Share My Calendar does not appear unless you are using an Exchange Server e-mail account. What is an Exchange Server account? Also, if you have the Navigation Pane turned off or covered by the main Calendar window, you won't see it. Hide or show the Navigation Pane.
Do one of the following:
Allow anyone to access your Calendar

In the Name box, click Default.
Under Permissions, in the Permission Level list, click the permission level that you want.
For details about permission levels, see Outlook folder permissions.

You can create custom permissions by selecting the check boxes and options under Permissions.
Specify the people who can access your Calendar

Click Add.
In the Add Users dialog box, in the Type Name or Select from List box, enter the name of the person whom you want to grant sharing permissions to.
Under Add Users, click Add, and then click OK.
In the Name box, click the name of the person you just added.
Under Permissions, in the Permission Level list, click the permission level that you want.
For details about permission levels, see Outlook folder permissions.

You can create custom permissions by selecting the check boxes and options under Permissions.
Important If you select the Private check box on a Calendar item in Microsoft Office Outlook 2003, do not grant Read permission to your Calendar folder to anyone whom you do not want to see private items. A person who is granted Read permission to access your folders could use programmatic methods or other e-mail applications to view the details in a private item.
