I am trying to print a report with dynamic columns and 3
subreports in Access 97. It prints, however, it iprints
the wrong information. The output does not match the
information seen on the pc monitor.

Thank you.

Since we can't see your screen, nor your "wrong" information in the report,
nor you report layout, nor the table or query you use as the source for the
report, nor the version of Access, ... we'd have to guess what might be
wrong.

More info, please!

Funny. I'll add more info since I have a similar problem.

ACCxp connected to SQL2K.
When viewing (or printing) the information in a report, is not what is seen
in Form2.
The record # shown in the report is not the same used/shown on Form2.
Howto link/syncronize the form w/the report?
TIA
Hans.

How are you telling Access to open the report? Do you have a command button
on the Form2 that opens a specific Report? If so, take a look at Access
HELP for the:

DoCmd.OpenReport

syntax -- one of the settings is the WHERE clause, that lets you filter the
report to include the record# that the form is displaying (refer to the form
with something like the following expression:)

Me!YourRecord#ControlName

This expression says "look at Me" (the form), at the control named ... to
get a value.

Good luck!
