I know I have seen this before, I have probably even DONE it before but I'm
brain dead. I have a report with 3 subs, all linked to the mainreport. I want
it to look like one report. Right now, I have one of the subs in there and I
have set all the properties I know to set and it still looks like One report
with a sub stuck in it. The sub causes my lines in the main report to be too
far apart and I can't space them correctly. Help! Thanks!!!!

Quoted from Allen Browne, in response to another post of the same question.
I came looking for the same answer...

Please use your Search function:

There should be no need to hide these subreports (i.e. you should not have
toggle their Visible property.)

1. Open the main report in design view.

2. Right-click the edge of the first subreport control, and make sure its
Can Shrink property is Yes. Repeat for the second one.

3. Click the Section that contains these reports (Detail?), and make sure
the section's Can Shrink is also set to Yes.

4. Make sure the subreports are not overlapping each other, and that no
other control is overlapping them vertically (not even partially beside
them.)

OMG, perfect explanation and so simple!!! I've been racking my head on the
best way to hide/suppress my subreports!

THANK YOU Allen & Sharkbyte!
