When I sent a Report to Word I loose some formatting.

1.Is it possible to e-mail a report?
2.If yes, can you keep the formatting?
3.If no, is there a way to export to Word and keep the
formatting?

Any thoughts, tips, hints appreciated.

Thanks,

James

The only way to truly retain the exact look of the report is to send it
using Microsoft Snapshot Viewer format. This has an added advantage of
sending a display or print only version of the report (just as though the
user were previewing the report on the screen. They can't monkey with it
and reprint it.

Of course, if you want them to be able to manipulate the data, this solution
will not work. We use it in our company because we don't want anyone
modifying a report we send out.

Look at DoCmd.SendObject that is the best way I have found
to email reports. Like the other responce said use the
snapshot format to keep it exactly like you want.
