Hello,
With A2K, I have a split database, usual set-up with
tables only in 'back-end' with a .mde 'front-end'
distributed to about 15 users.
My question is about reports. Is there a technique for
running reports from the 'back-end' vs. 'front-end'.
When a new report is requested, I really don't like
distributing new FE's just for this change.
(I have seen other techniqes for DOS exe to check versions
of the front-end and copying the user a new .mde as
necessary, but don't want to do that either for other
reasons, like Office verisons, etc.)
Thanks for your time.

If you put anything besides tables in the BE then you negate most of the
advantages of a split design.
