I have a report that seems to only print a blank page as the last page, it
seems to only happen if the report is an odd number page (this could be
Quince dent) I have verified the margins and size of the report does not
exceed the size of the paper. The orientation is landscape, margins are .2
and width is 10.4 (before it was margins .25 and width 10.5) Either way
there does not seem to be a pattern to explain why sometimes a blank page
does not print and someimes one does. Again it seems to be if the report is
1 or 3 or 5 or7 pages long a blank page will print (even if the data that
prints on the last page is does not fill the whole page), if the report is 2
or 4 or 6 or 8 pages no blank page prints.

Any suggestions on what to look at?

Thanks

it isn't width...it is length that must be the cause...

I've never seen a succinct authoritive explanation on this from an MVPer;
but the report print seems to build from the end to the beginning by
section....

experiment in tightening up your report header a bit..and then try section
by section to see if you can trim out that little extra bit of blank space....

would be interested to know how you solve....

Now that I read your comments it makes sense it would be the length and not
the width, I will try what you suggested... There is one section that always
prints at the bottom of the report, I will try and move that up a bit. I
will let you know if I ever figure this out...

Thanks again..
