Report Shows Duplicates that Underlying Query Does Not

When I run a report, it shows duplicate information, even though the same
information does not show up as duplicates in the underlying query.

Any ideas of what is causing this and how to make it stop?

Not without more information, no. Please post the SQL of the query and the
Recordsource property of the report.
