I have created a report in Access - with special
formatting. I want to be able to copy just this report to
disk and send it to a printer for reproduction. I don't
want to send the entire database and I don't want to lose
the report formatting. Is this possible?

Irene:

You can output the report as either a Snapshot file, which is MS's image
format for Access reports by going to File -> Export and choose the file
type of Snapshot. Alternately you can print the file to a PDF file if you
have either Adobe Acrobat, or any of the other many PDF printer driver's
available to output PDFs such Win2PDF and PDF995.
