Have a Macro to send a report in RTF.

Is there any way to password protect the report being sent?

I don't need it protected in Access, just the RTF that is being sent.

It is confidential client information and it is required that the file be
password protected prior to being sent over the internet.

I don't believe it's possible to protect RTF at all. It's an open format (as
opposed to the proprietary .doc format that Word uses, for instance). It's
definitely not possible using native Access commands.
